We have a casual un-hotel type setting with only 12 rental units to suit individual tastes,
this makes Nirvana a great choice for a private hideaway vacation spot right in the center of Negril beach.
Spend your day taking in all the flavors of Negril, or just relax & hang out under a favorite palm tree.
American-style comforts in our rentals & exceptional hospitality from our friendly & caring Jamaican staff will make you feel right at home,

Extra services such as therapeutic massage, personal laundry service, nanny service, dining recommendations & reservations or suggestions for entertainment are easily arranged by request to our manager.

or in the shade of beachfront palm trees. He will also arrange for local operators to give you the
best rates on the wide range of water sports like Para-sailing, snorkeling, SCUBA, banana boat rides,
jet-skiing, windsurfing, glass bottom boat trips to the spectacular shallow reef,
romantic sunset cruises & more that Negril is so justly famous for.
He will be glad to watch your belongings should you choose to do watersports or take a walk.
If you wish to read a book or take a nap he will make sure you are not disturbed.
Our friendly night watchman is on duty while you sleep, patrolling our grounds from sunset till sunrise .

AT NIRVANA ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK !
Our 2 & 3 bedroom, spacious & comfortable rustic family-style cottages include fully
equipped kitchens, with microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster & fridge, they
are fully screened and have ceiling fans in all rooms & are designed for
relaxing simple & casual beach life enjoyment.
Every cottage has 1 King size bed, there are 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms.
Daily maid service is included in the rates.
All cottages (no A/C as the cottages are set in shady gardens)
IF YOU STAY IN A COTTAGE or the owners Villa you can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal,
as we include cook service for one meal per day in our COTTAGE rates only,
(guests provide all groceries needed for meals)
We also feature 5 lovely air-conditioned spacious & comfortable 1 BR oceanfront suites with
ceiling fans, self-catering kitchenettes, king-size bed & private verandas overlooking the beach.
There are no planned activities or schedules, our manager & staff will be happy to help you arrange
activities of all kinds including all water sports, shopping trips & tours to the country.
Nirvana even has 2 two-man kayaks on the beach for the use of our guests.
A BBQ grill is also available at your request.
The professionally designed 18-hole Negril Hills Golf Course is less than a ten-minute drive from our gate.

Our friendly full time concierge will greet you on arrival & is out on the beach & around the grounds every day. She is your go-to gal for all your Nirvana requests & extra services such as cook service schedules, babysitting or nanny service, therapeutic massage, personal laundry service,suggestions for entertainment as well as dining recommendations & reservations. (Since she is on duty at Nirvana's property all day she cannot do shopping or errands for guests.) Ask her for advice on taxi's for shopping or sight seeing trips & all kinds of tours. - Travel Info: Subject: Re: location Centrally located directly on Negril Beach halfway between Alfred's & Treehouse, right next door to White Sands, in the mid-section of the beach We're on the main beach road on the sea side, no address numbers in Negril, There is a small yellow NIRVANA sign on the gate post We're in-between WHITE SANDS AND RONDELL VILLAGE We are happy to schedule an airport pick-up for your arrival. we need the airline, flight number & time you arrive in MBJ, please look for your driver holding a NIRVANA sign at the exit from the airport to the PUBLIC CURBSIDE, where the taxi's meet the arriving guests. Cost for the one way pick-up is $70US for 1-2 passengers, PLUS $25 for each additional passenger, you pay the driver directly, US money is fine for this. Feel free to ask your driver to exchange US to JA money for you, he will give you a reasonable exchange rate & he is 100% reliable. He is happy to stop for a rest stop, a snack, a cold drink or for groceries on the way to Negril or he will take you grocery shopping in Negril after you check into Nirvana. Just ask him for whatever you need & you can easily set up all your other tours or transport requests directly with him. DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana. Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail. Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee. Balance of deposit (less the one night Cancellation Fee) is refundable if Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or reductions in length of stay or in number of guests received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space. Cancellations for the holiday months of Dec., Jan. and Feb. must be received by October 1st, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy. By making a reservation with Nirvana you are agreeing to the above terms.
