				Low Season Price:	$1,000 per Week
				High Season Price:	$52,000 per Week

Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit of 25% is required to reserve a property, paid within 1 week of reservation; December holiday reservations require 50% deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy. December holiday reservations require final balance be due 90 days prior to rental date. No refunds will be made for cancellations obtained within 60 days prior to a booked date; less than 90 days for December holiday bookings. A 10% handling fee will be charged for any cancellations made prior to 60 days before rental period; 90 days for December holiday bookings. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required along with balance payment. This will be refunded promptly should no damage greater than $25 occur.
