The villa is newly built in January 2009. All rooms are decorated to top spec. Family friendly villa designed for easy living. Fushi is a luxury five bedroomed villa set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool and designer furniture. It is set on a cliff in the high end area of Lance Aux Epines with dramatic views of the sea and gardens sweeping down to the rocks. With five luxury bedroom suites with twin and double bedroom this is the most relaxing spot to chill out on a family or friends holiday. 
 
The villa is set out for maximum comfort and luxury. Each bathroom has modern fittings, tiles and powerful showers. The villa has a light airy feel enjoying a sea breeze through the house at all times of the year but has air conditioning and fans in every bedroom. This villa is probably the most luxurious family villa in Grenada. It is a ten minute drive away from the airport and most restaurants and popular beaches are a short drive away. Or just stay in the villa and enjoy the amazing sea view. 
 
Fushi is a magnificent five bedroom house build on the edge of a cliff giving fantastic view and a cooling wind. The house was completed in 2008 and every room is aimed to bring luxury and relaxation. There is a maid service to add to your comfort.

There are four bedroom upstairs all en-suite. There are two sea facing double bedroom with their own patio area. One bedroom has a Super King bed with shower. The other double is a king size bed with bath/ Jacuzzi and shower along with luxury vanity unit. The other two bedroom are both large twins with their own en-suite bathrooms with showers and super modern vanity units. They are all air-conditioned and have large storage areas. Each of the rooms has blackout curtains and air conditioning. Covered areas are the dining area with an 8 seater table, a bar for four, and two large sofas. These are great areas to shelter from the sunshine or to sit out during a tropical rainstorm.

Grenada is a beautiful lush island in the south of the Caribbean close to Barbados and the Grenadines. It is a friendly and very safe Island. It is very easy to get around especially for Brits as they drive on the left hand side. This is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean with very little crime, but amazingly friendly people. Close to the villa is Prickly Bay marina and beach. In the Parish of St George are also the famous beach of Grand Anse whose golden sand stretches for over a mile. 
 
Other local beaches that are easy to get to are Mourn Rouge, known locally as BBC beach. With its crystal clear waters, white sand and shells everywhere, it’s a very child safe beach.
