All payments must be by Check or money order prior or upon arrival. $200.00 partial payment with the reservation. The balance due 1 week prior to arrival if paid by check or at check in paid in Cash or money order. $200.00 Refundable security deposit required at check in. Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 3 weeks or longer prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 2 days to 21 days prior to arrival will incurred a cancellation fee of US $ 200.00. (If guest makes a new reservation and uses it within 6 month of the cancellation, will receive a full credit of the cancellation fee applied towards the new reservation) Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be non refundable.(If cancellation is due illness or a natural disaster, The full nonrefundable amount will be credited to any future reservations that are made and used within 12 month from the date of the cancelled reservation.)
