I am not a rental agency or travel agent, like others that offer Villas at this Resort. As such I just have pictures that I have attached. I am a Platinum Supreme deeded owner (#5187), having 52 weeks access to a 3 bed/3.5 bath Crown Villa. I do not stay there year round, and when i am not there, i rent out my access to one of the 90 Crown Villas at the resort. The resort is "Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort", specifically the "Crown Villas", in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (DR). You fly into Puerto Plata. There are multiple direct and one stop flights from the NYC and Phili areas. There is Free Resort pick up at the Puerto Plata airport. The other option is Santiago, DR, which is a 1.5 hour or more ride in a mini-van ($75.00 each way) to the resort. The resort would arrange for the van pick up at the Santiago airport, and you would settle the fee directly with the Van driver. "Crown Villas" is a collection of 90 luxury five-star villas and offer a unique difference from other luxury travel experiences. All villas are spectacular units providing the easy relaxation of the Caribbean in an opulent and elegant ambiance, sited perfectly atop beautiful green hills or soaring sea cliffs. The 3 bedroom villas have 3.5 bathrooms and offer you unique vacation experiences for discriminating travelers. Each villa offers unique features and services such as a private, in ground pool (not shared with another Villa), breakfast made for you daily (in your Villa), customized to your taste. Each bedroom in the Villas has their own in-suite bathroom. The Villas refrigerator is stocked with fruit platters, El Presidente Beer, and assorted soda and fruit juices. The villas have full kitchens, in case you would enjoy cooking. Lifestyle Hacienda Resorts' high standard of services and features exceed itself at Crown Villas. Every comfort and luxury has been considered to make vacation in a villa the most relaxing, exclusive and unique experience you have ever enjoyed. Residences of course feature air conditioning, cable television, CD stereo, ceiling fans and shaded patios and verandas. Decor is distinctively Caribbean.

The mandatory all-inclusive VIP food and beverage package costs $57.50 a day, per person (you pay this when you check in to the Resort, directly to them (Credit Card), you get the all food and drink at all the VIP areas, and at all the other Resort facilities. They give you a colored bracelet the denotes you as a VIP member, vs a visitor to the resort that may be staying in a Suite or appartment (they would be restricted to certain beach areas, pool areas, etc). Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years are 50% off the rate, per child per day. So, children under 3 years of age are no cost.
As my guest there, you have most all my Platinum Plus VIP priviliges, and you also have access to all areas of the Resort to include ALL the VIP areas of the Resort . (there are 2 things i cannot pass to you. the first is a golf cart. i cannot pass to you a limo ride from the airport or helicopter ride from the puerto plata airport to the resort. as my guest, you will get a complimentary mini-van ride from the airport to the Resort. the third privilige that i cannot pass to you is a private, in Villa bar-b-que, that the resort provides an owner.

Your own private pool, cleaned daily. Access to the Resorts VIP Beach area and Resort general pool(s). It is walking distance from any of the Villas and consists of a beach area and a bar. The beach contains about 16 low to the ground queen sized beds, 6 more queen canopy beds with drapes about 4 feet off the ground and about 7 or so more queen hanging beds also with canopies and drapes. Three refreshing pools, sound system, two showers to wash off sand and direct access to the VIP beach. A great Sushi bar is located here also. Fine dining at the Hacienda-Resort, includes two buffet restaurants, an Asian Fusion restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Seafood & Steak restaurant, a Mexican restaurant and VIP Gourmet restaurant are all included. You have access to all the VIP amenities at the resort.

Casino is next to the Resort.

The Resort that the Villa's are located in, has a number of activities for Children. there is a Kids Club, a Gym, multiple swimming pools, volly ball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, Kayak's, wind surfing, surfing, and next door, there is the a water park (Oceans World), where visitors can see sharks, sea lions, and swim with the dolphins. Daily, there are Resort activities put on by the energetic staff that keep the children entertained and busy with a new dance game or water polo or various other games; in the pools and on the beach.

For the Kid's Club for children between 8 to 12 years of age the have activities such as Painting, Dance and Tennis Lesson, Table Soccer, Ping Pong, Darts and Pool Table Tournaments, Twister and Olympic Competitions, Water Polo, Beach Volleyball, Soccer and Sport Games, Mini Talent and Fashion Rehearsal, as well as Scavenger Hunt.
