You begin your vacation in Costambar, a beautiful seaside gated community which includes a golf course, restaurants and all the services which will make your vacation a wonderful experience. 
 
Imagine sitting on the back porch sipping a tropical drink in our oceanfront villa. Our villa provides unobstructed ocean views that carves out our mile long, soft sandy beach, which borders our lush tropical backyard. The crescent of the shoreline is fully protected by a living coral reef and gentle tide, which makes the azure, warm water safe for swimming. Our Villa can accommodate up to three couples in three bedrooms with three full baths. There is an additional small bedroom with bath which sleeps one person. 
 
Our beautiful four bedroom villa is right on the ocean. You can't get any closer. Our villa is a modern, Spanish style casa located on the beach and ocean. Our casa is fully equipped for a wonderful vacation. Swimming pool available across the street. Our manager, is available to make your vacation a wonderful experience. You will have the best of experiences: all the comforts of home and a wonderful relaxing vacation.

    • Our house is on the ocean only a few minutes walk to the main area of our beautiful beach. We often relax on our lounge chairs in the grassy back yard which faces the ocean. We provide free internet service. There is an inverter which provides back up electricity service. The air conditioner is in the master bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans.

    • The wonderful feature of Costambar is that if you wish, you don't have to leave our seaside community. There are nice local restaurants within walking distance from our house some right on the beach. Costambar has a nicely stocked grocery store, pharmacy, golf course, tennis course, bank, taxi stand, gym all and wonderful walking areas around the community and on the beach.

    A %50 deposit is required to reserve your booking. The balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.There is no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of reserved dates. Cancellations within 60 days of the reserved date: Refund only if we rent the house for those dates. Full refund for cancellations greater than 60 days of the reserved dates.
