L-shaped spacious living room with walk-in closet(which accommodates extra full size bed), AIR-CONDITIONED large bedroom with queen size bed and a very large closet, full kitchen with mahogany cabinets, appliances and dinning table set, modern bathroom (hot/cold water) and balcony. Six large windows with screens. Spacious gated drive way for parking. 
 
Bedroom door opens onto a spacious private swimming pool, Ceramic Tiled large gazebo, Jacuzzi/whirlpool and a waterfall. Very large backyard with a built-in counter and a sink for conveniences. Professionally designed landscaped gardens with solar lights throughout its paths. Completely private and secluded backyard has gorgeous mountain view. 24/hr electricity (a plus for the island). Approximately 25 minutes away from the Puerto Plata international airport. 
 
Amenities: Cable TV, FREE HIGHSPEED INTERNET in the apartment, Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Toast-R-Oven, Cooking Utensils and Linens provided, Ceiling fans, No Smoking inside the apartment. Weekly cleaning is included in the rental cost. Personal laundry $5/per load. 
 
Activities within Costambar: Walk to beach, Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Gym, Horseback Riding, FREE Yoga Classes, Nature Trails.  
 
Other activities (2k to 35k): Wildlife Viewing at Ocean World where you can swim with the Dolphins, Sharks, Sea lions, or Stingrays. four casinos, Sosua/Caberete-popular tourist attractions with 100s of shops for articrafts and paintings plus restaurants and nightlife.  
 
Beach is Walking Distance from the House. Grocery Store, Gift shops with local arts, crafts and paintings,Pharmacy, Tourist Info., Taxi Stand, Beauty Salon, Restaurants, Pizzaria, Ice cream Parlour, Tennis Court, Gym, Video/DVD rental store, Internet Access, are All Located within 3-4 Blocks. 
 
Important: The caretaker lives on the premises in a separate service quarter for 24 hour security. NO PETS allowed. 
 
50% deposit required to hold the reservation. A check, draft or money order can be sent to a bank in the United States. Balance is due 15 days prior to the arrival. Due to constant change in the currancy the rent is not gauranteed unless a reservation is made in advance.

A 20% is returned if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. No returns if less than 30 days.
