We offer the lowest all inclusive prices of any member/owner on all our villa rentals. We pre-purchased hundreds of villas before the 2011 price increase so we can save you money. The resort raised the all inclusive price on January 1st, 2011 on all villas to $67.50pp/pd for adults and $33.75pp/pd for children and we are still at $57.50pp/pd for adults and $28.75pp/pd for children on all our 2011 villas. You will SAVE $70.00 per adult PER WEEK when you book you next villa with us. There is no other member/owner who can provide you with all available dates in 2011 at 2010 all inclusive prices. Fees are as follows: $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week, any days over 7 are @ $7.00 per day. So if you stay in the resort for 7 days your fee is $50.00 or for 10 days your fee is $71.00. NO ONE ELSE CAN OFFER THIS TO YOU -- CALL THE RESORT @ 809-970-7777 ask for VIP Customer service to verify, If you see any one else advertising this as a guarantee - call the resort and they will tell you. I have listened to the seemingly #1 question and that has been how can I get a golf cart ?
