Our private villa has many verands with beautiful views of the Ocean and the mountains. Our private pool has a waterfall with a soaking area. We have a cook/housekeeper, pool maintaince man, and a night watchman. For larger parties we offer a second maid at no extra charge. Our villa is part of a home owners association and has a manager that speaks English. We offer airport transportation at a reasonable price. The villa is within walking distance of the beach, Ocean World Water Park, Marina and Casino. There is an all exclusive resort within walking distance with spas, and you can use their athletic facilities for a small fee. The master bedroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The beds are all queen size and each bedroom is air conditioned. The villa is equipped with linens including beach towels.

The villa comes with a cook/housekeeper, a maintenance man ( to take care of the pool and grounds) a night watchman and a second maid for large parties. We are located within walking distance of Ocean World which has a marina, a casino, 2 restaurants and water park with dolphin swims etc. A local tour guide can book different activities for you.

We have 4 master bedrooms with queen size beds and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The downstairs master bedroom is handicap accessible for those people traveling with older parents. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. We havve two roll away beds to accomdodate 10 people. We also have a pack and play for an infant. Linens are provided as well as beach towels. Our home owners association can provide airport transportation at a reasonable rate. There are two living rooms with TVs and DVD players as well as board games. We have numerous porches and verandas for sitting and admiring either the ocean or the mountains.

Rates are based upon the number of people in the party. The base rate given is for 4 people. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental (fees included) must be sent to guarantee the reservation. The balance is due 30 day prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the villa. If successful the payments will be refunded. If the villa is not rebooked for reserved dates, the rental amount is forfeited. Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance that includes the vacation rental.
Accepted payments methods include checks, or money orders. We do not accept credit cards.
