Located within the “Parques Las Terrenas” project, nestled in 1400000m² of preserved nature, the villa “Los Parques” sits in an genuinely natural site. Built on 2,800m² of grounds, this 265m² villa integrates with its ecosystem (garden planted with flowers and trees and bordered with tropical forest, roof in “cana” leaves over concrete terraces, waste management system (compost), henhouse (for fresh egg!), fruit trees…), all with superior modern comfort (high-speed satellite Internet, wifi, a 10x5m swimming pool…). This pleasant and functional house is characterized by absolute calm and quiet, but also stands close to the village (15mn by a beautiful road along beaches), to the small airport (3mn) and to the waterfall of “El Limon” (10mn). Sports, walks, excursions, excitement and fun, gastronomy or “fiesta” to the end of the night, all of this is yours to choose…. The villa “Los Parques” can accommodate from 4 to 10 people with superior comfort : generator, washing machine, etc...
A place of perfect peace, the villa “Los Parques ' will let you enjoy the calm of its tropical garden, its large swimming pool and the gorgeous beaches only 800 meters away, or “Bibou’s” tennis club (600m). 'El Limon' waterfall : 6 km 'Whale watching' in Samana : 20 Km 'Las Terrenas' shoppings : 9 Km Services: The villa Los Parques is part of the “Parques Las Terrenas” project, next to the luxury project Ocean Breeze. Maintenance of garden, swimming pool and house cleaning by our trusted staff (4 years with us). Sheets and towels provided and changed twice a week.
