Payment in full is required when reservations are less than 30 days away. -A Security Deposit of $300.00 USD is required and will be refunded within 10 business days from the date of departure once Keys have been returned and Villa found to be in good condition. -Minimum of 3 day rental -Prices are subject to change at any time. -Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check
