we have 10 condos to rent, but featured is our mountain/ocean view 2 bedroom. all new, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, king size beds, new furniture. off street fenced parking may be available with this rental.

just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and another 5 minutes to the restaurants and shops built along the costambar beach.

costambar is a gated community with 24 hour entry security, in addition our complex has 24 hour live in staff many of whom are english speaking as well.

all apartments have inversor/battery back up and the complex has a 40 kw new cummings diesel power plant for extended power outages.

costambar is a village of about 2500 seasonal residents, from europe, canada and the unites states primarily, but many other countries are represented with residents here as well.

the new 63 million dollar ocean world is just a 10 minute drive away, as well as the only teleferico , which is a cable car the lifts you to the top of mt. isabel tores, another 10 minute drive.

our complex has screen windows and screen doors, almost unheard of here !!, so the few mosquitoes outside will not be inside to bother you !

with the ocean views come ocean breezes!, we have plenty of ceiling fans in the units as well that operate on battery power. also all units have new t.v.'s with cable t.v. new stereos, and of course new furniture and appliances.

with an all new complex , your be assured of the highest quality available on the island.

puerto plata airport is a short 25 minute drive and is served by jet blue, american, continental, delta, air canada, and many other charter and european airlines.

walking distance is jenny's supermarket which, has almost everything you need !! also sol o mio italian restaurant is just a 5 minute walk as well as marko pollo.

just past jenny's is the r and b bakery and restaurant with home made breads, and all you can eat breakfast or lunch for 180 pesos or right now about 5 us dollars!!

with our ten condos here we have 5 one bedroom one 2 bedroom, and four 3 bedroom.

bedroom, air conditioners, wash, and dry $10.00 per load, iron $10.00 per load. garage rental $5.00 per night. parking across the street or inside our metal at $3.00 per night. t.v.'s are new 20 inch and sterio's have c/d players and are mostly sony's or tdk. our pool is almost 20 yard long and ranges from 3 to 5'6" deep condo cleaning once per week is included with rental, included change of bed linen and towels. extra cleaning and change is $15.00 kitchens have new stove and fridge and microwave.
