This is a nice, one bedroom condo in the middle of Paradise and in the best complex in the area. The apartment has living room, dining room kitchen and two, full bathrooms, also a wrap-around terrace. The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated aand is on the second floor, right in front of the pool. The pool is incredibly large, with a bridge across it! The beach is literally a few steps from your front door. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a restaurant and bar next to the pool. There is management to assist you, laundry facilities, cable, gift shop and strict security. The beach this complex is in is considered the best in all of the Punta Cana Region, that's why this big complex sits in the middle of all the expensive Resorts and Hotels. There are shopping centers within very short walking distance. You can get groceries and drug store items also delivered to the complex. There are casinos, movies and malls within very short driving distance and everything you can imagine to make your vacation a memorable one.

A reservation deposit of 35% of full rental fee is required for booking. A security deposit of $150. and a cleaning fee of $50. plus balance of rental fee due 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation allowed only up to 21 days before arrival.
