It is located directly on the Atlantic ocean with a beach you can walk for miles in either direction. The front yard affords a beautiful view of the mountains, and the back yard is your own private pool, cabana, and beach. You'll be warmed by the tropical sun and cooled by the ocean breezes.

La Casa Playa (the Beach House) is only 20 minutes from the world-famous wind surfing beach at Cabarete, 30 minutes east of the international airport at Puerto Plata and just 30 minutes west of the renowned Playa Grande Golf Course.

Activities
Try horseback riding along the beach or on the mountain trails a short drive away. In Cabarete take a windsurfing lesson or try kite sailing in the bay; or just lie on the beach and watch people from all over the world demonstrate their skills. Cabarete is second only to Santa Domingo for its variety of restaurants, bars and night life. The village of Sosua, only a few more miles to the west, is a great place to scuba dive or snorkel along the reefs. Shopping is plentiful in both Sosua and Cabarete. For children of all ages there is Ocean World, The Aerial Tramway, The Markets and the Tropical Gardens in Puerto Plata.
