If diving or snorkeling is your desire, the breathtaking house reef will guide your way! Gear-up in your room and jump right into the sea from private platform to enjoy all that nature has to offer. Emerge from the water and rinse you gear in the house dunk tank, shower off by the seaside, and hang your gear to dry on our secure rack. Enjoy meals on the tiled lanai, on the generous seafront balcony with stunning sunset ocean views, or eat out at a variety of nearby restaurants. After a spectacular day, enjoy the sleep you deserve on a king sized bed topped with 4-inch thick memory foam.

Caribbean seafront (ocean front), divers paradise. Located in Westpunt (Banda Bou), the quiet mountainous side of the island. 2 min to Alice in Wonderland and Ocean Encounters West. Very short walk to Playa Forti beach, and close to many top beaches. 5 min to Shete Boca National Park and Mt. Christoffel National Park. Beautiful House reef on site. Several restaurants very close to the resort.

The Island of Curacao: Curacao is the place to visit whether you are looking for diving, relaxing, shopping or just a great vacation. There is plenty to do on this small island. The culture is verydervise, so you will feel you are in several different countries at once. Visit Otrabana and Punda for shopping and great food. Enjoy a great hike to Mt Christoffel, visit Shete Boca Park and the North Shore. The best of all, are the most beautiful beaches in the caribbean. Porta Marie, Cas Abou ,Playa Kalki just to name a few. Diving and snorkling is one of the biggist attractions on the island. There are many beautiful sites, some of which you will be the only diver/snorkler/swimmer there! Rent ATV's, or for the fitness folks - bicyles. There are plenty of trails in Westpunt. Visit Hato Caves for a day. Curacao as your vacation destination! You will not be dissapointed.

Dive Details: If you are a diver, this is the right place. Shore diving adventures galore! Great boat dives. Curacao has a great wreck dive, the 'Superior Producer' Her hull sits entact in 110' and offers several entry points. Watamula is a great boat dive. On good days it is a great drift dive that you can't miss. Ocean Encounters is just a few miles from the villa and offers everythig you will need for your dive vacation

· Diving and snorkeling: We have excellent diving and snorkeling right on site. Alternatively, most of the area beaches offer excellent shore entries for diving or snorkeling. Please see our dive site recommendations document for more details. It's enough to fill a solid week. We do have some snorkeling equipment in the villa for your use. · Beaches: Curacao beaches are stunning. You can choose between private remote sites or full service sites. Playa Forti is very short walk for the villa. Our favorites are Cas Abou, and Porto Marie. Cas Abou has just been rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world. It’s a 20 minute drive, and Porto Marie is another few miles down the road.

· North Shore and Shete Boka: A short 10 minute drive from our Villa, the north shore is a must see. Bring a camera, wear some good walking shoes (not flip-flops) and visit the cave, blow-holes & river bed. The Boka's are beautiful. You'll see iguanas, wild goats and perhaps some donkeys.
· National Park Christoffel: 10 minutes from the villa, Mount Christoffel offers a bunch of hiking options. On clear days you can see Bonaire and Venezuela from the top.
· Santa Cruz: Kayak rentals @ let's go watersports.
· Mountain biking: David of Sol food offers mountain biking rentals and tours. More details can be found in Sunshine's fact sheet.
