The "Island Houses of Cayman Kai" are located on an inlet lagoon just across the street from the "Famous Rum Point Beach"

Located on a protected lagoon on the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the exclusive area of Cayman Kai on the north side of Grand Cayman and right across the road from the "Famous Rum Point Beach", these Island Houses are ideal for a family of up to six people or for one, two or three couples. These Island Houses feature a living room, dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai, two bedrooms each with their own private bath, walk in closet and balcony's over looking the pool and lagoon with a dock to enjoy.

Each Island House has the same Floor Plan and is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & some have additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different sizes beds in the master and guest bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayaks & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Beautiful white sandy shoreline and backyard surrounds the Island Houses.
Beautiful flowering bushes and palm trees are used to landscape the back yard.

These Island Houses feature a living room, dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai (enjoy an indoor/outdoor feeling with 2 sets of 10 foot sliding doors that open to the lanai that overlooks the lagoon and offers additional seating and dining area), two bedrooms each with their own private bath, walk in closet and balconies over looking the pool and lagoon with a dock to enjoy.

Low Season Price : $1925
High Season Price : $2625 per Week


Rentals Rates


All rates do not include the 10% Cayman Government Accommodation Tax.

We do not have to charge the $4.00 Resort Fee per day or the 10% Hotel Service Charge that all hotels do.
Rental Rates listed for each Island House are based on the occupancy level of that Island House. An extra roll-a-way bed can be supplied upon request at no additional charge.

The "Government's Accommodations Tax" of 10% must be added to all rates listed, as is the case at all Cayman hotels, condos and vacations rental houses.

Rates for stays straddling two seasons are calculated according to the number of nights falling in each respective season.

All Rental Rates and Terms of Conditions are subject to change without prior notice but, while posted on our web site, are in effect for all current and future reservations.
