Cancellations six months or more in advance are refunded less
a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 6 months prior to arrival date will be
refunded less a $100 cancellation fee only if the space is re-rented;
however, during this time frame any money on deposit can be used
towards a future reservation for up to one year between the dates

Hunter Homes Ltd. had its beginning in 1970 before paved roads and electricity came to Virgin Gorda. Our father/grandfather, David Hunter, purchased a three-acre goat pasture hilltop and began construction of the Cedar House as a personal retirement residence/vacation home and place for family to visit. Construction of the Boulder House followed in 1982, and in 1992, ownership of the houses, and the rental business, passed to his four children. We have maintained and managed the property ever since and love sharing our second home with others.
