Beautiful Sound Bay Villa was just completed. You'll love calling Sound Bay Villa home. Sitting on a quiet seaside hill overlooking South Sound you'll relax in a peaceful, quiet, safe location. From the Master Suite, complete with Jacuzzi tub, to the decked pool with spectacular views of sunrise,the mountains and bay, this house says "luxury". Both floors of this villa come complete with ensuite bathrooms, kitchens and living/dining rooms. The biggest problem with this villa is that it's so comfortable - "you won't want to leave." The view of South Sound is stunning - the constant tradewinds "cooling" - the secluded location "relaxing". Ideally located for maximium enjoyment of North Sound - a water sports paradise - a great address to call home when in the British Virgin Islands 
Sound Bay Villa is located on an estate type property on a gentle hill just above the seaside. The terrain is hilly and lush. Many tropical flowers and fruit trees adorn the acre and a half property. Beautiful North Sound is a mere half mile from the villa....with all of it's watersports, restaurants, beaches, and bars. Shopping and night life are close - but not "too close." Sound Bay Villa is at the North end of Virgin Gorda about 4.5 miles from Spanish Town. Very convenient. Ideal British Virgin Islands location.
