Our 6500 square foot villa has FIVE BEDROOM SUITES in two spacious buildings: The Caribe House and Bali Wing. The gorgeous horizon pool is the centerpiece of the villa. When not lazing in the pool, why not launch our fleet of six double kayaks from our 30 foot SEASIDE PATIO and paddle two minutes to the beach? Or relax on the lounge chairs by the water's edge when not snorkeling or kayaking and watch the pelicans diving into the Caribbean Sea? At sundown, you'll be drawn to magnificent sunsets each evening before making the decision - prepare dinner on our professional gas grill under the flower-covered pergola or go out to eat at one of Virgin Gorda's many enjoyable restaurants? The Main CARIBE WING offers the GREAT ROOM with a beautifully furnished living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and entertainment area. There is an outdoor living and dining area as well under the verandah. In the Caribe Wing there are three colorful suites: two kings and one queen suite with two queen beds. One king suite has a kitchenette. All suites have private baths, outdoor showers, and balconies.

The BALI Wing has a king bedroom suite with kitchenette and a queen suite with two queen beds. As in the Caribe Wing, each suite has air conditioning, a ceiling fan above the bed, is individually decorated, has a private deck or patio, and a glass outdoor shower with views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea!

THE COOKWARE AND KNIVES ARE EXCELLENT QUALITY. WE STOCK AN ASSORTMENT OF SPICES. THERE IS A PROFESSIONAL "DCS" GAS GRILL ON THE PATIO. THE GOURMET KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERY UTENSIL A SERIOUS COOK COULD WANT - AND AN OCEAN VIEW WHILE YOU COOK, TOO! THERE IS A DISHWASHER IN THE KITCHEN. THERE IS A FULL SIZE MICROWAVE. All other bookings have the following cancellation policy: Cancelled 61 or more days in advance = 75% cancellation fee applied to the deposit. Cancelled 60 days or less prior to the date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee applies to full balance. All cancellations must be in writing. If we are able to rebook your EXACT days, you will receive back 50% of your total payments; there will still be a 50% cancellation fee. A $500 security deposit is charged a check-in.
