Guest have the rare option of renting more than one villa, or even all three to accommodate large gatherings for up to 36 people in one private enclave. Aquamare's private Beach Park is the ideal setting for destination weddings, meetings or special event. 
 
A dream home away from home can best describe the feeling of an Aquamare beach front villa. Each villa has local stonework, rich hardwoods, travertine marble and 30 foot vaulted ceilings. Each one is designed with a private waterfront infinity pool with unobstructed view of the ocean, gourmet kitchen, inside and outside dining areas. With 3 elegant master suites, one double room and one studio, each villa accommodates 12 guests. All five elegant and tasteful bedrooms feature comfortable spacious areas and ample balconies with spectacular ocean view. A distinguishing feature of the Aquamare experience is located in each of the spa suites: open, yet completely sheltered marble bath areas with separate outdoor shower. 
 
The villas were designed to bring a line of signature spa treatments to the privacy and comfort of your room. Guests have the freedom to choose where they would like their treatments, be it in the master suite, on the private balcony, perhaps a water-based treatment in the outdoor showeroom, or under the shade of a thatched palapa at the water's edge.  
 
Among the many amenities in Aquamare you will find 400-thread count Frette linens, Bulgari toiletries, Rosenthal dinnerware, fully equipped kitchen, double refrigerator, wine refrigerator, separate ice-maker, DVD, CD and movie library, Wi-Fi Internet access, children's crib and 42” LCD TV in every room. 
 
A separate Concierge House is located on the property to coordinate and provide all services necessary to make your stay a most enjoyable one. Housekeeping services 7 days a week are provided. Private cook or chefs are at your services by the day or by the week. Guest may pre-order groceries and supplies as well as fine wines for delivery prior to arrival. Enjoy a champagne cruise in our Azimut 62-foot long for rental exclusively to Aquamare's guests. Complimentary water sport and beach equipment are available. Weekly rentals all through the year are accepted except on December 21 to January 4 when there is a minimum of ten days rental required.  
 
As part of the British Virgin Island archipelago, a valid passport is required for entry into the Island. 
 
To get there, travel through a 40 minutes private charter from San Juan, Puerto Rico is the most convenient way to get to the Island. Travel from Saint Thomas is also available through commercial flights.  
 
With ample time we can previously arrange for your convenience car rentals, tennis pro, Chefs or cooks, yacht rental, babysitting services, restaurant reservations, water taxis and groceries shopping.

Each villa has three master suites, one Jr. Suite and a double room accommodating 12 people. Guest also have the rare option of renting all three villas to accommodate large gatherings for up to 36 people in one private enclave. The private Beach Park makes an ideal setting for beach weddings and group gatherings or simply as an alternative spot for guests. Additionally, the suites are suited with all the luxury amenities, such as Frette linens, Bulgari toiletries, 42-inch LCD televisions and wireless internet access. Each villa have a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, separate ice maker, wine refrigerator. An on-site Concierge provides attentive guest services at every turn, coordinating, prior to guests arrival: spa treatments, Chefs services, restaurant reservations, car rentals, yacht rentals, babysitting services, water taxis and groceries shopping.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AQUAMARE A 50% deposit of the total rent must be received 5 days after you received our invoice, in order for the reservation to be confirmed. The other 50% of the total rental amount must be received at least 60 days before your arrival date. NO exceptions. A 25% cancellation fee (calculated on the TOTAL rent) will be charged on all cancellations occurring 90 days or more prior to your arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations made 61 to 89 days prior to your date of arrival. If your cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, there will be no refunds made. We highly recommend travel insurance! We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. You can also make your payments with checks or wire transfer.
