Teach'n' Song is an artist designed rustic Caribbean villa located at Ocean City, St. Philip on the southeastern side of the island. The house, with security grills throughout, is situated on a high cliff overlooking the ocean and is caressed by constant prevailing easterly breezes. This romantic location is ideal for those who require a measure of privacy, away from the hustle of night-life, therefore car rental is recommended. The interior of the house features coral stone walls and exposed beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The pool is set on the edge of the covered patio.

Christmas Season: Minimum booking two weeks from Dec18 onwards over Christmas season. No supplemental charge.
Shoulder Season : April 15 - April 30, July 01 through August 31, November 01 through December 14:$1100.00U.S./week for 2 persons ;$1300.00/week for 3-4 persons,$1500.00/week for 5-6 persons
Low Season (2007): May 01-June 30, Sept01- October 31: $1100 US /week (2, 4 &/or6)

A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Payment by electronic bank transfer for which there is a banking fee payable by the customer. This banking fee is additional to the deposit required. The balance cash, or bank draft
