Shimmerings is a fabulous villa set within the luxuriously landscaped gardens of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf resort. The villa overlooks the Royal Westmoreland clubhouse, golf course and to the sea beyond. There is a shared pool located within a couple minutes walk from the villa at The Sanctuary and this is also the location of the fully equipped and air conditioned gym. There are newly resurfaced tennis courts with floodlighting that can be hired.
Villa Accommodation
The split level dining and sitting rooms are beautifully apppointed. Inside the villa the breeze, which sweeps down the hillside across the golf course on its way to the sea, together with high ceilings and ceiling fans keep the living areas cool and provide a serene and calming sensation of pure luxury.
The sitting room includes satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, wireless internet access and telephone. Large ceiling to floor doors lead out of the living room to the sea facing terrace where sun loungers and a second dining table and chairs provide the perfect spot for al fresco dining, reading, sun bathing or simply relaxing and enjoying the views.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3. Twin beds but can be made into a king size on request.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have dressing rooms and private balcony or patio areas with Caribbean views Bedroom 3 is located in a separate cottage in the courtyard and has large fitted wardrobes
Bathrooms:
All bathrooms are en-suite with bath/shower, wc and wash basins.
Kitchen:
Well equipped kitchen including cooker, hob and microwave. Large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
Utility Room:
The utility room has a washer and drier and a shower area for the housekeeper.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The housekeeper will be available 5 days per week and will take care of guests’ laundry and cleaning the villa. Bath towels, beach towels and linen are included and will be changed twice per week.

The Royal Westmoreland Golf resort is a secure gated community located in the hills above Holetown on the West Coast. The Villa is approximately 45 minutes drive from the airport.
