Located in St Peter, Seaberry is just a short walk of about 100 metres down to the beach and The Fish Pot, a well known restaurant serving excellent food. It is a short drive to Speightstown and Port St Charles. 
Seaberry benefits from wonderful sea views and cooling breezes. The plunge pool and huge deck make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Barbadian climate. The BBQ and outside seating area offer the perfect setting for holiday dining. 
 
The living area is open plan with several double arched doors leading to the large verandahs on both the south and west sides of the property. 
 
The circular kitchen layout is fully fitted with dishwasher, double oven, ceramic hob, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is a large utility room with full washing facilities. 
All towels and linens are included. Maid service is weekly, extra cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge. 
 
There are 3 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms.
