This elegant Villa is located in Holders Hill in the Parish Of St. James.Located on a hill it benefits from a lovely breeze.Eye bird view of the Caribbean Sea from the upper floor. The ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan with kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area with table and chairs for 8 and lounge with a large 4 seeter sofa coffee tables and a rattan sofa and 2 chair set for you comfort. Two large patio doors open to the gardens. There is a downstairs W/C and a laundry room. Ceiling fans,Cable TV, Dvd player and Dvd library, stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob,oven,dishwasher, microwave, American fridge,juicer, toaster and all necessary gadgets. The laundry room has a washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board, washing sink and fire extinguisher.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and overhead shower. there is a queen size bed and a single bed, A/c and ceiling fan; double wardrobe with enclosed safe, mirror and drawers.
The second double has a queen size bed, a/c, double wardrobe, mirror and drawers. The twin bedroom offers 2 single beds, double wardrobe, A/c, ceiling fan, mirror and drawers.
there is another bathroom with bath tub and shower overhead. All the room are very spacious and comfortable.
There is a patio at the back of the Villa for "Al Fresco Dining" with table and chairs and a BBQ.
The swimming pool is equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, parasols. There are washing lines in the garden.
2 parking spaces are allocated in front of the Villa. The house is gated with remote controlled iron gates.
The Villa is cleaned thoroughly every 7 days and all linen changed. Beach towels are also provided. More frequent cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.

Disable people might not be able to negotiate the stairs. Pets are not allowed in the property.The Prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course is on the doorstep. Other Golf Courses are nearby. Holders Polo Field 3 minutes walk and Open air Theatre where many concerts with International artists take place. West Coast Beaches are 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive down the hill.The Oval Cricket Ground is 15 minutes drive. Bridgetown, the Capital is also 15mins drive. Grantly Adams International Airport is 40 minutes drive from the Villa. The nearest Village is Holetown which offers several banks, medical Center, Supermarket, Post Office, Police Station, bars, restaurants and shops including duty free shops.
Outside the Villa there are beautiful walks through luscious tropical vegetation. A car is advised due to the steep roads to the Property.

High Season Price : £720 per Week

Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
UK £ 150 security deposit taken with balance to cover damages, losses if any and refunded within 14 holiday.
Payment through bank transfer. Prices are per week, in GBP. US $ and Euro accepted at banks rate. Extra days are calculated pro rata. Minimum stay 3 days.
