Vacation Rental Description
The house is located in the heart of Sunset Crest, Holetown. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite master bath room, the 2nd room has a bunk bed which sleeps 2 people comfortably, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed which sleeps 2 people , this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd full bathroom is located in the hallway. 
The house is newly renovated with granite through out the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has a cook top and an oven and all other amenities. The living room has a wall mounted 42" flat screen TV, and DVD player. Basic cable is provided. The house has a beautiful deck that spans the whole front side. There is A/C in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in all the rooms. 
The villa has membership with the Sunset Homeowners Association, which gives full access to the Sunset Crest pool on the Beach. Members also get a 10% discount at the Beach house restaurant. The pool and the restaurant is within 5 7 minutes walking distance. 
The Beach and Bars are within walking distance. There is a shopping center within 2 blocks. The shopping center has a grocery store, internet cafe, duty free shopping, souvenir stores and other stores. The house is within walking distance to 1st and 2nd street with all the bars and restaurants. All in all, it is very convenient!
