With all the benefits of luxury villa living, Vistamar features a stunning partially covered veranda leading to the large pool deck along with a two-bedroom self-contained cottage. Enjoy cooling island breezes as you kick back and relax, letting our experienced staff take care of your every need. 
 
Perfect for groups of families or friends, Vistamar has the freedom of a home away from home, as each day is your own. Guests at Vistamar have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, tennis, golf, the Spa and fine restaurants; the villa is also close to Holetown and Speightstown, and all the amenities that the west coast of Barbados has to offer. 
 
The main house has four air-conditioned bedroom suites, with a large master suite that opens out onto the pool deck through French doors, while the cottage has two air-conditioned bedroom suites. 
 
The indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with casual outdoor seating, wet bar and a large dining table that seats 12, so everyone can gather together and enjoy quality time.  
 
Should you wish to escape, the self-contained cottage has a small interior living room with TV and a large patio that includes a stunning sculpted coral stone and glass dining table, comfy sofas and chairs as well as a foosball table for keeping the kids (and adults!) entertained. 
 
Our friendly staff will provide you with three meals a day, after discussing your particular culinary preferences. 
Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Holetown. 
 
Rental of Vistamar includes exclusive access to Sandy Lane Beach Club, a short walk away, where your personal beach chairs await you; there are also a variety of water sports available. The Sandy Lane facilities include golf, tennis and a world-class spa, all within close proximity.  
 
The nearby towns of Holetown and Speightstown have all the regular amenities from banks to supermarkets and shopping malls; the west coast of Barbados is well known not only for world-class dining but also for the smaller establishments that have authentic local dishes on offer. 

Rental of Vistamar includes a full staff of Housekeeper/cook, maid, laundress, nightwatchman and a dedicated villa manager who can answer any questions you may have, as well as book excursions and activities for you. The staff will prepare three meals a day, 6 days a week, and will discuss any particular dietary requirements. Guests to Vistamar have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with private parking, free wifi and can call ahead to book beach lounge chairs. Vistamar has a cooler that guests can use and ice is available on site for purchase. Guests also have access to the facilities at Sandy Lane which include golf & tennis, as well as the restaurants and spa at the Sandy Lane Hotel.

Guests to Vistamar have a personal villa manager who can help to organise special events, birthdays or book any activities that are available on the island.

Saramanda Villa is located in the heart of the Sandy Lane Estate in St James, Barbados and is a stone's throw away from the golf course at Sandy Lane. The villa is 5 minutes by car from Holetown and Sunset Crest, the hub of the west coast, where there is shopping, restaurants and a medical centre.

The villa is about 30 minutes by car from Grantley Adams International Airport, the busiest airport in the Caribbean, with direct flights from the UK, US and Canada arriving daily.

There is always something to do in Barbados - the beaches on the west coast are gorgeous, but there is plenty to explore within the island, which has a very good road infrastructure. Historical properties such as St Nicholas Abbey where you can view the house and purchase your own customised bottle of rum offer guests a unique opportunity to see history in action; or book a catamaran cruise that will take you on a tour of the coastline, and you can snorkel with the turtles. Your dedicated villa manager is available to discuss any interests or excursions you would like to experience.
