This spacious well appointed ground floor 1 bedroom apartment features a modern kitchen and appliances. It also has a 37" flat screen TV. The bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans and a large double bed that can be divided into two for single sharers. The fully tiled contemporary bathroom has an extra large shower space. 
All the apartments have wireless internet connection, full cable TV package as well as a DVD player. Every patio is completely private and set in lush tropical garden. 
 
Shades is famous for its manicured landscaped garden. The matured palm trees creates the much needed shade and the wonderful variety of tropical fruit trees and flowers create the ultimate Caribbean lifestyle experience. The communal pool is very well maintained and is suitable for children under supervision.

    A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival at Shades. Shades Ltd will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card transaction (of which there is a 4.75% credit card charge) or our preferred method of bank transfer. Booking confirmation will be sent by email or if requested, by post. If the balance of payment is not paid within 10 working days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation booking. In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, provided we are notified 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, Shades Ltd will refund full payment minus the deposit: Customers are strongly recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc.
