Vacation Rental Description
Situated in Holetown on the fashionable west coast in the community of Holetown, this luxury beachfront condo has been totally renovated and has a new custom fitted kitchen, new bathroom, new soft furnishings throughout, high speed internet connection, airconditioning in the bedroom plus ceiling fans throughout, wrought iron security gates front and back, and new hot water system solely for use of condo #1 residents. It has a spacious bedroom with one kingsize or two twin beds, plus a lounge/dining room with corner couches that convert to two single beds,and also has TV, DVD, phone etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, coffe maker, plus all dishes, cutlery and pots and pans etc. There is a full bathroom with dressing area and hair dryer. The balcony has comfortable arm chairs, ottoman and foot stools etc. and overlooks the beach and calm Caribbean providing fabulous views, both day and night. (Beach is 10 feet from beach wall beside condo) - Outside there is a freshwater pool set in a tropical garden with a freshwater shower, chaise longes, umbrellas etc. Holetown is a 4 minute walk away and has at least 20 bars, restaurants, shops, banks, boutiques so NO CAR NEEDED. The condo is conviently located about 28km from the airport and close to all tourist attractions. Golf is available at both Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane (approx. 8 minute drive away)- Buses that go to Bridgtown are available outside the shopping centre a 4 minute walk away. This is suitable for either a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The property is NOT a rental property as such, it is the owners' winter home and so it is not available during the winter "high" season" as it is owner occupied. Facilities
As the condo is situated in the path of the tradewinds, there is a gentle breeze that provides constant cross ventilation - there is air conditioning in the bedroom and also ceiling fans and portable fans throughout in case some visitors prefer extra cooling. There are two TVs - one in the living room and one also in the bedroom. Maid service and linen change is 3 times per week. As the kitchen is the owners' own - it has most things any visitor could need. The fridge/freezer is 16.3 size. The microwave is Whirlpool (with a turn table).
Activities
Horse back riding on the beach. Trips to visit and swim with the endangered turtles. Parasailing, jetskis, scuba diving, snorkelling. Duty Free shopping. Tennis available (free courts) at Folkstone Marine Park, a 10 minute walk. Tennis also available at nearby hotel Discovery Bay. Bars and restaurants to please all tastes, from gourmet dining to fast food, and a piano bar, rum shop and sports bar close by. (Concorde Museum at airport)
