The apartment is on the top floor of of a block in Holetown with fantastic facilities nearby. It is set in 5 acres of private gardens with plenty of mature trees and tables. There is also ample parking space. The complex has 24hr reception,Wifi internet access, a poolside restaurant/bar and a launderette. The apartment has a large west facing balcony- overlooking the pool, gardens and with views to the sea . The balcony has comfy chairs and a dining table. There is a large (25m) pool with plenty of loungers and a non slip surface. The complex is in a quiet location only 5 mins walk from supermarkets, bus routes, beaches, beach bar( with satellite sports TV) medical centre, banks, tennis courts and plenty of restaurants. Car hire is not neccessary due to the excellent location. 
The apartment has one bedroom with and ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower in the bath tub. The living area is light and airy with patio doors opening on to the balcony where there are chairs and a dining table. The recently refitted kitchen is open to the living area has a new cooker and fridge. There is a new air conditioner fitted in the bedroom . The complex is ideal for clients with limited movement as there are lifts and no steps.
