Vacation Rental Description
This elegant Villa is located in Holders Hill in the Parish Of St. James.Situated on a hill, it benefits from a lovely breeze throughout the year.Eye bird view of the Caribbean Sea from the upper floor. The ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan area, with kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area with table and chairs for 8 and lounge with a large 4 seater sofa, coffee tables and a rattan sofa and 2 chair set. Two large patio doors open to the gardens. There is a downstairs W/C and a separate laundry room with washing machine, drier,ironing facilities, large washing basin and fire extinguisher. Ceiling fans over the lounge and dining room areas, Cable TV, Dvd player and Dvd library, stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob,oven,dishwasher, microwave, American fridge,juicer, toaster and a wide variety of gadgets and crockeries. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin. All the bedrooms are spacious and have remote controlled air conditioning and also ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and overhead shower. there is a queen size bed, a ingle bed and a cot, A/c and ceiling fan; double wardrobe with enclosed safe box, mirror and drawers.
The second double has a queen size bed, a/c, double wardrobe,chaise loungue, mirror and drawers. The twin bedroom offers 2 single beds, double wardrobe, rattan sofa, A/c, ceiling fan, mirror and drawers.
There is a family bathroom with bath tub and shower overhead. All the rooms are very spacious, airy, and comfortable. For the comfort of our guests, we are proud of keeping the Villa in the best possible condition an clenliness throughout.
There is a patio at the back of the Villa for "Al Fresco Dining" with table and chairs and a BBQ.
The swimming pool is equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, parasols. There are washing lines in the garden.
2 parking spaces are allocated in front of the Villa. The house is gated with remote controlled iron gates.
The Villa is cleaned thoroughly every 7 days and all linen changed. Beach towels are also provided. More frequent cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.
Facilities
Disable people might not be able to negotiate the stairs. Pets are not allowed in the property.The Prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course is on the doorstep. Other Golf Courses nearby. Holders Polo Field, 3 minutes walk.The Open air Theatre is a few minutes from the property, many concerts with International artists take place here, during the year.The best beaches on the West Coast are 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive down the hill.The Oval Cricket Ground is 15 minutes drive. Bridgetown, the Capital is also 15mins drive from Fairway. Grantly Adams International Airport is 40 minutes drive from the Villa. The nearest Village is Holetown which offers several banks, medical Centre, Supermarket, Post Office, Police Station, bars, restaurants and shops including duty free shops. Outside the Villa there are beautiful walks through luscious tropical vegetation. A hired car is advised due to the steep roads to the Property. Catamaran cruises and water sports are available at all beaches.
Activities
Polo: nearest Holders. Cricket:nearest Kensington Oval. Shooting: various shooting clubs available. Submarine adventure, Snorkelling, scuba diving,cruises, water skiing, glass bottom boats, walking, horse riding nearby, nature walks, caves exploring, windsurfing, wave surfing mainly on East Coast near Bathshiba.
Night live, everywhere around the Island with live music. Friday night at Oisting:fish BBq, dancing, music.
For the nature lovers: the botanical gardens, Andromeda gardens and the Orchid gardens are a must.

Fairway Villa is located in a upmarket and safe area of St. James Parish. Most of our guest find this area very convenient for accessing the nicest beaches of the West Coast and for the best restaurants and bars on the island. The vegetation is rich and luscious and there are many sightseeing spots nearby.The village of Holetown is only a couple of km from the Villa and offers supermarket and various shops. Also banks, Medical center, Post Office, Duty Free stores. The most luxurious hotel on the island are on the West Coast adding elegance and prestige.Speighstown is another village north of the West Coast that offers typical Caribbean flavour with it's colonial buildings and markets.
Bridgetown, the capital is worth a visit for the interesting old building and past culture.

US $ and Euro accepted at bank rate. Extra days are calculated pro rata. Minimum stay 3 nights.
