The apartment has been tastefully furnished with high quality furniture and in summary comprises: two bedrooms, bathroom, powder room, kitchen, utility area, open plan living and dining room and front and rear balconies.

    A deposit of 20% is charged on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Cancellation more than 4 weeks before your arrival date a refund of 40% of the total balance will be made. For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date no refund will be due. Payment via Paypal or bank transfer. Cheques are accepted from UK renters. The prices shown are for two people and three/four people staying. A fifth person can stay for an additional payment of £5 per day.
