2 Bedroom Cottage in Silver Sands

Blue Ocean Villa (sea-view from the living-room and from the verandah - first floor - 1/5 people) has at the first floor a big open space all with mosquito nets: a living/kitchen area with also 2 large sofas, HI-FI Stereo, CDs, Books, Safe, Games etc. and a big Verandah facing to the Ocean with barbecue, harmchairs, table and chairs. Inside there is a kitchen completely fully equipped with also a very large Fridge with Freezer and a dish-washer too. This apartment is the biggest and the most beautiful, designed by a french architect and furnished with italian style and furnitures, with paints, masks and worldwide art objects and has a bathroom with hair-dryer and a big shower (90 x 190 cm.). The loft (passing from the wooden staircase which is next the kitchen area) has wooden floor (parquet) and 2 separate bedrooms: Sunset-room with a double-queen bed and Sunrise-room with a single-bed and a double French-bed; the enrtire house is with mosquito nets. 110 Volts (American System plugs) and 220 volts (Italian, German and UK plugs) are also available as also a big parking area in front of the property. Free high speed wireless internet connection, boogie boards, gas, water, light, bath towels and bed linen. Vat and Taxes included too; Air Conditioned is available (due to high cost of energy on the island) at a supplement of 10 USD per night per bed-room with an independent split. Blue Ocean Villa has been completely renovated few weeks ago and it is fully equipped. 
We are located 100 meters far from Silver Sands beach and 300 meters from Silver Rock/Point beach. The Rescue beach is 70 meters far from us and we are also 50 meters from Surfer's Bay, Steave's Bar ('Coral house' which is Bar and Restaurant) and also 40 meters far from the sea water. We are 10 minutes far by car from Oistins (where there are the famous Fish Market, shops, markets, banks etc.) and 15 from San Lawrence Gap where the great night life is, with also good restaurants, bars and shops. We have the nearest bus-stop 200 metres far from the apartments and a 24 hours/day taxi service. There are also 2 small shops/groceries where to buy foods just 3 minutes by walk. We can reserve also a transfer from the airport, the cost is 10 USD per person (minimum 2 people) and car rentals too. We have also a big range of windsurf equipment to rent, kite surf and surf.
