Villa Orchid is a brand new 4 bedroomed, 2 1/2 bathroom detached private property. There are four bedrooms, and a childs travel cot, provided, sleeping up to 7 persons. The living area is large and spacious with a dining area leading from it with seating for 8 persons. It also has 2 double French doors leading to a 20ft by 9ft raised patio area. There is also another separate dining room with large mango wood table and seating for eight. There is a spacious kitchen with modern facilities with a separate utility room & separate powder room. The house is situated 1 mile from the beautiful and famous Miami (Enterprise) Beach. Oistins Fish fry is also only a mile away. The weekends at the fish fry come to life, enjoy a King fish steak on the barbecue, with live music and dancing make it an unmissable night out for all the family. The nightlife at St Lawrence Gap is only 10 minutes away, a thriving & bustling atmosphere, with restaurants and bars a plenty.

The villa is situated on the South West coast of the island, within easy reach of many restaurants and bars. Bridgetown is only a short drive from the property. The marine park, golf course and shopping at Oistins, are all only minutes away by car. The Crane beach, voted one of the top ten in the world is approx 20 mins by car, as is the also famous and stunning Bottom Bay. Vlla is 1 mile from the Fish Fry at Oistins ( awarded the Zagat award 2008 for most popular visitor nightspot ) and the famous Miami (Enterprise)beach. St Lawrence Gap, the main night-life magnet of the area is a close 10 mins by car or taxi.

Entertainment in living area includes, Wide-screen HDTV, DVD player with a large and varied selection of movies for your enjoyment. Plus Play station 2 with games. The Villa is equipped with window grills and exterior floodlighting. A wall safe is also provided. Villa is fitted with dual voltage, 220v and 110v, this is convenient for any UK appliances you may wish to bring. We are at present waiting for internet access. There will be a laundry change of towels, bedding etc, once a week. There is one full set of golf clubs provided for guests use. Rental parties will be met at the property by our representatives, details will be left for you to make contact for any assistance or advice you may require.

Barbados Golf Club: Sunny weather all year round makes Barbados an ideal location for golfing and the perfect vacation spot for golfers. These glorious weather conditions are complimented by excellent golf courses and facilities. The Barbados golf club is less then 2km from the Villa, the 6,800 yard par 72 golf course has been approved and sanctioned by the PGA European Tour to host a PGA Seniors Tournament in 2003 and has hosted the Barbados Open in 2000 and 2001. They offer club rental, 9 and 18 hole hole day passes along with 3 and 7 day unlimited access.

Local Distances: Barbados Golf Club - 2km. Airport - 7km (if we haven't got a booking the day after you, you are welcome to stay at the Villa as long as you need on your departure day,) Our favourite looking beach - Miami - 2 km.

We ask that a 25% deposit be paid upon booking, and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure.

A £400 security will be payable with balance. This will be refunded upon your return from Barbados. This is to ensure payment of damages/if any are incurred during your stay.
