Vacation Rental Description
This is a very nice property, right on the beach in a convenient location and great for kids or adults. It’s less than two years old so in great condition, boutique style (15 apartments only) designed by renowned architect Ian Morrison. What you see in the pictures is what you get.The apartment building (Maxwell Beach Apartments) sits directly on the beach front and all of the apartments have fantastic ocean views, huge verandahs, master and guest bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower, and luxury finishes throughout. Flat screen TV's with Cable, stereo, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and complete kitchens that include granite countertops and all modern conveniences are but some of the features. The apartment is on the second floor and includes a telephone, shared wireless internet, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom whose glass doors open out onto the verandah facing the beach has a King size bed and the second bedroom, two single beds.
The property is located directly on Maxwell beach in the southerly parish of Christ Church (un-crowded and safe for swimming) and features a shared beachfront pool and gardens equipped with pool lounges. It also has a private parking, keypad security to the building, on-site property manager and elevator access to all floors. The location is great as it is 15mins drive from the airport and about the same from the main city/shopping centre Bridgetown. It is also 10-15mins walk away from St. Lawrence Gap which has lots of entertainment, dining and partying options. We are also 5mins drive away from Oistins fishing village which has the extremely popular street party every weekend with lots of local seafood, drinks and music/dancing. There is also a supermarket, bank, convenience, gas station and fast food outlets (KFC etc) in this area.
