Vacation Rental Description
This beautifully decorated cottage has 2,200 SF under air and 500 SF of private patios. The second floor contains the master suite, full kitchen, living room and dining room, powder room, washer and dryer. The first floor in comprised of three master sized size bedrooms furnished as hotel rooms with individual mini split ac systems. All rooms have private balconies overlooking the harbor and can be entered from the lobby area giving the ability to rent out any combination from individual rooms through the full cottage.

    • Adjacent to the cottage is our full service fine dining Restaurant and Lounge upstairs. The downstairs boasts a large deck with fresh water pool and casual dining during the day at our Patio Bar & Grill. Most weekends we will host a Friday evening dance party under the stars on the deck. Off the deck is our new floating dock system on Salt Pond Bay.

    • Long Island Breeze is immediately to the north of the government dock where the weekly mail boat delivers fresh produce and supplies from Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas. The close proximity ensures that the foods served in the restaurant and grill are always fresh. The local fishermen provide the catch of the day which is deliciously prepared by native Bahamian cooks.  
     
    Long Island is approximately 80 miles long. It has two airports and a wealth of cool spots like the world famous “Dean’s Blue Hole” (660 feet deep), the Columbus monument, huge cave systems, a museum and an incredible assortment of beaches and out of the way spots. Fishing has attracted movie stars like Michael Kea ton and music legend Jimmy Buffet. Last season an organized bus tour allowed the cruisers to get a first hand glimpse of the “must see” places and was so successful that the cruisers themselves put together a second tour to see the rest of the island.

    Rate shown are for the full cottage. Contact us for individual room or combination rates. We accept bank transfers for deposits and cash for any remaining balance. There are several ATM's on the Island for your convenience. Three nights deposit required to guarantee the room.
