Imagine pristine sugar-sand beaches, gentle warm breezes and paradise. It is easy to reach from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale Florida by plane or ship.It is then just a short 10 Kilometer taxi ride to the condo.  
 
The beach is just a five minute stroll away. Or take a twenty minute walk or a two minute bus or taxi ride to Port Lucaya where you will find restaurants, casino, shopping, booze cruises, glass bottom boat cruises, snorkeling cruises, parasailing and scuba training. And don't miss swimming with the dolphins and "The Dolphin Experience."  
 
The property is made up of two stories with a large patio deck on the second storey. There you will find the entrance foyer, the 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area and living room overlooking the pool. The floor is tiled.  
 
Upstairs (3rd floor) is accessed by a circular staircase where you will find the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is ample closet including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The master has a California king bed while the other two have full size beds. The floor is elegant bamboo wood.

    • Optional cleaning service is available as frequently as you desire. Linens are provided. Internet access is provided, but you must provide the portable computer. In the kitchen you will find toaster, toaster oven, range/oven, can opener, coffee maker and generous place setting, cooking utensils and pantry. Feel free to use anything in the pantry. Just leave your extras for the next guests. The refrigerator is a side-by-side.

    Enjoy the crystal clear water and see the surface from 33 meters below. The fish are plentiful and a myriad of colors. Fantastic!

    Go horseback riding on the beach, play volleyball or just relax in the warmth of the sun. But bring plenty of suntan lotion.

    There is plenty of nightlife with dancing, calypso music, restaurants and open air bars too.

    Best value in The Bahamas! Refundable deposit to confirm the reservation; Weekly rentals require a deposit of $200. Monthly rentals require $500. The deposit converts to a damage deposit upon occupancy. $20 per person is charged for more than 4 guests. The Association requires children to be 12 years. Although nobody is checking identification, they should look and act like 12. There is a hurricane policy to protect you in case of warnings. The most likely time is August and September. There is a 10% DISCOUNT after the second week/month and a whopping 15% discount after the third.
