Vacation Rental Description

Youv'e found the beach house you want to stay at. Three bedroom ranch on Silver Beach, Tar Bay, Exuma. The house was built for fun and comfort. The 50 foot x 20 foot patio overlooks on to a pure white beach. You can see a reef within snorkling distance inviting you to see the many fish and corals. House has a full kitchen with microwave, washer & dryer, airconditioning, cable TV Cd player/radio. We have a supply of toys for young children also.

The beach is ideal for swimming, young & old, kitesurfing, snorkling, fishing. Restaurants and George Town are within two miles. Grocery store is one mile. George Town offers boat rentals, shops, banks, and transportation to Stocking Island.

For the fishermen, Exuma offers some of the best Bonefishing available. the flats are on the south side. Our house keeper is one of best guides. We've caught Bonefish upto 9 pounds. Try you're luck. We can connect you with a guide, one of the best on the island. This is premier location for kite surfing off the beach bring your board and be the only one on the beach. You can walk the 2+ mile with sand beach and rarly see more than 2 other people.

Weekly rate: $1,500.00. $1,200.00 per week for rentals for three or more weeks. Deposit of 50% due to hold dates. Full payment required two weeks before arriving. All payments in US dollars.

Owners Profile

Our family as owned the house for 30+ years and enjoy going there every year. The Bonefishing is excellent and our caretaker is one of the best guides on the island. We fish either jigs or flys.

We enjoy Splash and Housemans restaurants. They both have excellent local food including cracked conch. Add a Kalik beer and sit back.

One thing I love are the local people. They are friendly, kind and helpful.

If you go setup a days trip to the cays to see the Thunderball cave and the pigs that swim out to you. If interested we can give a contact.
