This house sits on one of the highest hills in The Exumas with wiews of beaches, George Town Horbor, Stocking Island and The Atlantic ocean, all of which can be enjoyed from every area in or outside the house. With beaces, shopping, resturants and George Town so close, you will be centerly located and in a quit area next to everything to make your stay in Exuma the perfect vacation. This lovely house offers over 2400 square feet of living space and a wrap around deck. Three large bedrooms all with King size beds, air condition,television, custom decor and luxury sheets makes it easy for everyone to have their space and relax. The Master bath has a double sink, jet tub, bath towels, beach towel and supplies to get you started with lots of space for any couple. The Guest Bath has a full tub with shower sink,toilet and nice bath towels. The Kitchen, Dinning and Living areas are all open in one room nicely decorated and spaceious. The Kitchen has all the equipement for the profesional cook with a large fridge and freezer, glass top stove, dish washer and lots of utensils for any size party. The living area has a queen size pull out sofa, large television, PL2 game system, surround system, board games, books and other games to help make your stay more intermit and enjoyable. There is a full lundary area hidden behind doors in the kitchen area with a laundry tub, large front load washer and dryer, cloth iron and board and all the supplies to have your laundry done without having to step out. The deck is supplied with two sets of patio furniture, a fold up cloth line and a BBQ propane Grill to enjoy the beautyful weather in Exuma at day or night. Under the house you can enjoy a game of baskit ball or tennis with equipment supplied or enjoy a bike ride.
