High Season Price : $1400 per Week


lOW SEASON JUN 1ST TO OCT 15TH: $1200 PER WEEK/ PER 2 PERSON, HIGH SEASON OCT. 16TH TO MAY 31TH: $1400 PER WEEK PER 2 PERSON. ADDITIONAL GUEST $100 PER WEEK PER PERSON. MINIMU STAY IS 3 DAYS. 3-6 DAYS IS $200 PER NIGHT PLUS A $55 CLEANING FEE.
A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIERD TO RENT THE VILLA AND THE REST IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR DEPARTURE. TYPE OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ARE: CHECKS, MONEY ORDER AND CASHIER'S CHECK.
NONSUFFICIENT CHECK WILL INCUR A $50 PROCESSING FEE. ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDABLE WITHIN 60 DAYS PERIOD OF THE ARRIVAL DATE. A WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE GIVING. SUBJECT TO A $50 ADMIN FEE.
AFTER THE 60 DAY NO REFUND WILL BE GIVING UNLESS TOC CAN BE RENTED TO OTHERS, IF SO ALL THE MONEY WILL BE RETURN LEES $100 CANCELLATION FEE.
