You are ON THE WATER. Walk out your front door and down the private walkway into the Caribbean. Snorkel over coral reefs at water’s edge that are home to over 10 species of colorful tropical fish. View the coral caves carved into intricate shapes by the waves. A short way out from the walkway is a broad sandbar 2 to 4 feet deep depending on the tide that is excellent for swimming and wading. It extends to Rainbow Beach.
Beautiful white sand Rainbow Beach is an easy two minute stroll away. Shallow a hundred feet out, it is a wonderful beach for kids and adults alike and offers more great snorkeling. There are picnic tables and tiki huts.
We provide two single person kayaks, perfect for beginners as well as experienced paddlers. Enjoy biking? Our four adult bikes will take you along miles of level back roads on the scenic Caribbean and Atlantic coasts. Pack a picnic and explore the beaches, cliffs, and dramatic shorelines.
Sip your morning coffee in our gazebo at water’s edge and see the sunrise over the hills. Enjoy cool shade at mid day, and watch the sunset over the water after the day’s adventures. Or catch the view and the cooling breezes from our elevated veranda right out the front door.
The Dolphin House offers privacy and year round comfortable living inside as well as out. An open kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the central living area. Hallways lead to two bedroom wings on opposite ends of the home. The master bedroom wing has a king-size bed and a bath. The guest bedroom wing has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. Each has its own bathroom. All bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.
The house has dial-up internet (bring your own laptop), central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV, washer, drier, gas and charcoal grills, and a host of other amenities for your comfort and entertainment.
Our central location on Eleuthera provides convenient sightseeing and travel on the 110 mile long island with easy access to the Governor's Harbour airport (15 minutes) and North Eleuthera airport (30 minutes). Taxi service and rental cars are readily available. A grocery store, bakery, restaurants, pubs, service station, and beverage stores are all within a few miles drive.

Calm Caribbean Rainbow Beach is one minute walk away. Atlantic beaches are a ten minute walk or short bike ride away. 4 bicycles provided with adjustable helmets, 2 kayaks provided with adult and child lifejackets. Some snorkel equipment and water floats provided. Great snorkeling right off our walkway into the Caribbean. Water Sport Rentals - Several good dive shops and boat rental shops are within 30 to 60 minute drives. Surfers Beach is a ten minute drive away. Two tennis courts are a mile away - free court use for our guests with 2 tennis racquets provided. Community grocery stores are located within a few miles.
