The home has central air conditioning and includes a satellite-connected TV, a DVD/CD player and VCR with "surround sound" and an extensive collection of videos, a telephone and high speed internet. The property sports an abundance of lush coconut palms and verdant gardens alive with vibrant flowering tropical plants.

Savor a luscious sunset from the expansive deck, complete with a table for outdoor meal and a shuffleboard court. Enjoy snorkeling through reefs teeming with underwater wonders, or soak up some sun on the pristine beaches-all just a short walk from your door.

Tropical Impulse has one of the best beach access points in North Palmetto Point. The secluded private walkway is furnished with stairs to make the trip to the beach easier. After enjoying a day's recreation at the beach, clean off using our convenient outside shower and then cook up a delicious meal using the available BBQ grill.

Tropical Impulse is centrally located near all local restaurants. Unique restaurant is 1 mile away. Captain Jack's is 1.5 miles away. Tippy's is 4 miles away in Governor's Harbour. Mate and Jenny's is 4 miles away at Palmetto Point. There is a Friday night fish fry in Gov. Harbour and Sunset Inn is in Gov. Harbour as well as many more.

Add $150 per week for each additional guest
Minimum rental period is 1 week.

Rental Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking,
with balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable with 60 days notice.
A separate $300 refundable security deposit is required with final payment.
