Welcome to the perfect island vacation destination. The privately owned “Abaco Condos” which is located on the island of Great Abaco, Bahamas. This beautiful gated condominium resort is designed to provide you with every imaginable island amenity and comfort. Our vacation rental condos are serenely situated in Marsh Harbour, "Abaco's Capital", which puts you within easy reach of all that Abaco has to offer. Enjoy the clear blue sky and sunshine drenched island scenery, and don't forget our crystal clear star studded nights.
There are excellent restaurants, marvelous souvenir shops, and splendid boutiques, some offering duty free goods, all within walking distance of the Resort. Rentals of cars, scooters, bicycles, boats, etc. are also within walking distance. Daily ferryboats will take you to the outlying islands, including Elbow Cay with its quaint settlement of Hope Town, Green Turtle Cay or Man-O-War Cay. Island adventures and history await you.
On-site resort amenities include a private pool, beach access, and tennis courts all a short walk from your accommodations. Just outside of the gates of the complex are fine restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, as well as boat, car, bicycle, and scooter rentals, and so much more, all within a reasonable walking distance.
All of the units are beautifully designer decorated and provide the best of island living and comfort. In your private island hideaway you will find a living and dining area, two bedrooms (with a queen size bed in the Master suite and two twin beds in the Guest suite), two bathrooms, (Master bath has a shower and the Guest bath has a large bath tub with shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen, cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, internet, and private balconies. A queen size sofa bed is also provided in the living area allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6 people. In addition, all units have top quality ceramic tile floors and granite counter tops throughout.
Another feature of our Abaco Condos is twenty-four hour security, allowing you to enjoy the peace of mind required for your perfect vacation.

Low Season: September 1st through November 30th $200.00 per night. $1,400.00 per week. Cleaning Fee. High Season Rates: December 1st. through August 31st. $250.00 per night. $1,750.00 per week. Cleaning Fee. $35.00 per night per additional person over two (2) years of age. Maximum of four (4) persons and two (2) children under the age of twelve (12) per unit. Rates apply to occupancy of one (1) to four (4) persons per unit. Long-term rentals are also available for one (1) month or more at special rates. Portable cribs are available at $10.00 per night. 6 way booster seats (infant to toddler) are available at $5.00 per night. 10% Refundable Deposit is required at time of booking, and balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. Visa and MasterCard is accepted.
