Located on Chub Cay, at southern tip of Berry Islands, Bahamas, a private island with no Bahamian community. At present 5 private homes and a new private marina. Villa is bordered by 1 mile of secluded beach on either side (no other homes, etc) and surrounded by ocean on 3 sides and 360 degree ocean views.
