Vacation Rental Description
The ultimate choice for entertaining, this brand new home has it all with 3B/3.5B. Luxurious linens, antiques and the utmost in modern electronics combine with a island whimsy to make this house one of the most desired addresses on the island. There are two bedrooms downstairs; both have pillow top king beds, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and deck access. Both rooms also have full baths, the “Blue Room” has a shower and marble vanity while “Bianca’s room” has a claw foot tub as well as a separate shower. The nautical themed upstairs bedroom offers 2 billowy queen beds and 2 bunks, ceiling fan, a full bath with 2 shower heads, flat screen TV, a balcony overlooking the pool and access to a fabulous deck. The deck overlooks the nearby island of Lubber’s Quarters and the Sea of Abaco and offers both sun and a covered area perfect for relaxing, sunset dining, etc. The upstairs deck is linked to downstairs leading to the gourmet kitchen boasting 3 sinks, breakfast bar, in-kitchen eating area and offset laundry room. The lavishly decorated wide open living room has 30 foot ceilings and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. A small deck, complete with rocking chairs, surrounds the entire main floor and opens to a spectacular entertainment/patio area off the living room and kitchen. The patio has a custom tiled freshwater pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen w/grill and exotic tiled eating area for 12 or more. Another unique feature is the raised covered wet bar with ice maker, fridge, TV and stereo. Bench seating goes all the way around the patio, but guests will find an abundance of wicker style loungers, chairs and barstools as well as 2 porch swings. An expansive grass yard and a professionally landscaped lot add to the already fabulous outdoor spaces. A private boat slip is included if you choose to rent a boat or bring your own. A golf cart is suggested, parking for at least 3 is located in front of the house. Amenities: Generator, Satellite TV w/DVD, Stereo, CD/Tape, dishwasher, garbage disposal, VHF. Sleeps up to 10.
Facilities
In addition to the fabulous amenities listed this house also has a fabulous two story deck area for outdoor dining, sunning, entertaining and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for preparing your catch of the day. There is also a fully equipped wet bar with stereo and flat screen TV to provide the most in your entertainment and relaxing enjoyment.
Activities
The Abacos provide a great place for couples, families or a gathering for friends. You can be as active or as laid back as you like. If you aren't comfortable manning your own rental boat there are fishing charters and guided boat tours. Go green and experience the EcoTour by Kayak or go on a 1/2 day or full day snorkeling trip and see our beautiful coral reefs, wildlife and visit other cays for lunch.

Amazing island home with every thing you need for luxury living. Fantastic kitchen with separate work areas utilizing two different sink areas plus wine cooler and ice maker. HUGE kitchen with views of water. Perfect location is very close to village of Hope Town but also private. You can take your boat or golf cart to Tahiti Beach or Village of Hope Town. Island hop to Man-O-War Cay, Marsh Harbour, Guana Cay and just an hour from Florida and 25 minutes from Nassau, Bahamas. This home was built with love and family in mind so lots of together time but also outdoor kitchen, bar area complete with TV, hot jacuzzi tub and swimming pool with lots of decks. Private community with designated dock.
