Cocobay Cottages is located at the narrowest point of Green Turtle Cay ,where ONLY 500 feet separate the ocean from the Sea Of Abaco.
We have 2 [two ] beaches to chose from. The oceanside has a fabulous reef located 70 yards offshore where all type of marine life can feast your eyes just minutes away and easily accessible from shore. The bayside has a dock for boats up to 24 feet ...and miles of sandbars where the bonefish and the shelling is extraordinary.

We offer 6 cottages .ALL with waterviews, From the quaint one bedroom Tahiti cottage ,the 2 bedrooms Pink and Bali-Hi cottages , the NEW 3 bedrooms Conch cottages and finally our new addition to the property, the deluxe 4 bedrooms Seashell cottage .The new cottages are located DIRECTLY on the ocean.

Free wi-fi internet and phone where a dollar will buy you a call anywhere in the world for a s long as you want to talk.
Come and enjoy peace and quiet in your OWN cottage by the sea and relax in our oceanfront hammock for a change of pace !

    • We offer FREE wi-fi internet and FREE dockage for boat up to 24 ft. All cottages have outside porches with table and chairs for dining al fresco or simply to enjoy the views or a good book. The cottages are located in a remote ,private area but are only 5 minutes away from the nearest restaurant , marina or dive-shop. Rent a golf cart or a boat and enjoy the island or 5 unhabited islands within 15 minutes of the dock!

    The rate start at 1,600 usd per week for a one or 2 bedroom cottage ..up to 4,000 per week for a deluxe 4 bdrm cottage. The typical 3 bedroom cottages are 2,700 to 3,300 usd per week depending on the number of people in a party. non-refundable Deposit of 500.00 per week due at booking, balance due 40 days prior to arrival . We take Visa/MC Discover ,and personnal checks. A 10% resort tax and S.C. is addded to all reservations. minimum 5 nights stay.
