Vacation Rental Description
Milkyberry Bay Cottage is a pretty, romantic, Bahamian style cottage,with 140 foot of private waterfrontage. It stands in it's own secluded grounds of about two thirds of an acre of lovely natural vegetation and beautiful shrubs and is the ideal 'get away from it all' vacation retreat. Swimming, snorkelling and boating off the dock are seconds away, in the gin clear waters of the Sea of Abaco. Five minutes walk takes you to the other side of the island, where the deserted, soft sand beach of the Atlantic takes the breath away. The world's third longest barrier reef is just off shore, where the diving and snorkelling are fantastic. Boat rentals, snorkel and dive trips can be arranged locally from Dive Guana. There are four great places to eat on island including the famous Nippers Bar, perched above the beautiful beach, overlooking the turquoise ocean. There is also a very well stocked local grocery store and liquor store in the settlement, which is about 1 mile from the cottage. There are very few cars on the island as most people, locals as well as visitors prefer to get around on golf carts, which can also be rented locally.

      High Season Price: $1,550 per Week
         

    To confirm the reservation, please send the agreed deposit within 10 days of booking. The balance should be paid in full at least 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations or requests for changes to the reservation must be made in writing. Either party has the right to cancel this agreement up to 60 days before the date of the reservation and 100% of any monies received up to the point of cancellation will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled between 60 & 30 days, 50% of the total rent will be retained. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the total rental value will be retained. However, if the cancelled dates are re-booked to another party, 100% of the monies will be returned. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are non-refundable. Guests abandoning the cottage without authority from the owner agree that they have no rights to compensation. Payment methods by arrangement with owners.
