The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto an outside patio at the rear of the property with 2 steps to swimming pool. The property is fully fenced with soft lighting for the evenings.

Sol Palmas is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the capital of Oranjestad for dining, shopping, sightseeing, grocery delivery and even a cruise ship terminal. Groceries and liquor are also available at the Wei Ming Supermarket, located only 1-2 minutes from Sol Palmas. Other amenities within close distance to this vacation home include two golf courses, Aruba's most popular beaches, Palm Beach and Eagle Beach and the snorkeling destinations of Arashi and Malmok Beaches. Reservation & Cancellation policy: - Upon arrival a refundable cash security deposit is required of US$ 400,-. - The use of gas, water and electricity is included for the amount of US$ 60,- per week. - The cost for final cleaning will be US$ 75,- - A credit card deposit of 50% of your total stay is required to confirm and to secure your reservation. - Major Credit Cards are accepted - The balance of your stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to your arrival. - For reservations of three (3) nights or less, payment is due in full at time of booking. - Cancellation policy: 50% of the total amount after reservation, 90% of the total amount within 4 weeks of arrival
