The "SEASHELL" guest bedroom has queen-sized accommodations,ample closet space and a lovely view of the front Courtyard and our peaceful DIVI tree!
Our 3rd bedroom also offers a spacious place for relaxing with a double French door to the stone & redwood pergola with private seating. All mahogany interior doors for privacy.

The LR is equipped with a 52" HDTV and SONY DVD player with a DVD library selection!
Dining Room accommodates 6 persons comfortably - inside or outside... seating!

The Gourmet Granite & Stone kitchen is equipped to serve 6 persons with EMERIL all-clad cookware, Reed&Barton silverware, beautiful walnut wood dining table & comfortable chairs!
Appliances include a spacious side-by-side 24 cu' refrigerator with door ice-maker & filtered water, griddle, coffeemaker, stove and especially a handy DW with Washer & Dryer!

We have chairs & towels for the beach, a portable radio & cooler...
Just bring your clothes & bathing suits!

Our Villa within Tierra Del Sol may be viewed for additonal GOLF, SPA, TENNIS, YOGA & FITNESS amenities by going directly to their web site at www.tierradelsol.com for additional information to plan a most enjoyable experience during your stay. A nominal fee will allow you to use theri facilities. Kitchen is painted wood cabinetry with Granite countertops, applianced with an electric stove and ceramic cook-top. The DW is also new, side by side refirgerator with ice-maker, Washer & Dryer, coffee-maker, etc., all the conforts fo home! We have Emeril all-clad cookeware and Reed & Barton silverware. Our sheets are 500-600 thread count with down pillows for a homey feeling! Our Housekeepers have been well appreciated and we can also offer Concierge services.
