Villa Sariel is in a superb location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour. It has a private pool and extensive sundecks with a 7 seater hot-tub, sunloungers, gazebo with bar billiards table and a bar.
It is within walking distance of English & Falmouth harbours and all the shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities such as sailing, diving and other watersports, tennis, squash, horseriding etc: golf courses are a 30 minute drive away. The historic Nelsons Dockyard is a short walk and the beaches of both English & Falmouth harbours are within a mile.
The villa features a contemporary living room and fully equipped stainless steel open plan kitchen. Just off the living room is a spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view.
The gated entrance is to an enclosed private courtyard which has a built-in charcoal barbecue hut and is surrounded by a variety of trees and shrubs. The living room is enclosed by glass sliding doors with one side overlooking the courtyard and the other the pool, sundeck and view. There is plenty of seating on 3 sofas. For your entertainment, there is a stereo system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD (all world system), a comprehensive library and a selection of cards/games.
The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen includes fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, and a comprehensive selection of utensils and appliances as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is an attractive breakfast bar on the living room side of the open plan kitchen.
Five bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and can be configured as doubles or up to 4 singles. The ‘Green Room’ is a quiet, shady place, away from the full sun of the patio. It has wrought iron ‘walls’ and blinds for weather & privacy. There is a ceiling fan, double sofa-bed and an en-suite bathroom so may be used as an additional bedroom for larger groups – maximum number in 6 rooms is 18.
Maid service is included and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Villa has flexible accommodation and may be rented – exclusively - with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6. (Note that the Villa is only let to one client at a time irrespective of the number of bedrooms required) Rates vary accordingly - see website for details.
