The House has 4 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin (2 single beds), with 1 en-suite shower room and 1 family shower room. There is a large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area with 3 sofas. The house was refurbished in 2007 with new Air conditioning units, fridge freezer with ice machine, gas cooker, and 42 inch Plasma TV with DVD and cable. The villa has the largest private pool on the island (by litre-age) with a deep end that you can dive in. There is also a large detached 2 bedroom cottage that can be rented with the main house if required for larger groups. The cottage is never rented out separately to ensure your privacy whilst on vacation. The house is 0.7 mile from the nearest beach (walk-able or 3 minute drive), 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the capital St Johns and close to two great restaurants one of which is low cost and the other has won several international awards.

Rates

Low Season Price : £800
High Season Price : £1600 per Week
The main house costs from £800 per week to £1600 per week ultra peak. The cottage can be rented out from around £500-£800. We require a 30% booking deposit to secure any booking. There is a refundable damage deposit which is payable 8 weeks prior to departure and will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay (if there is no damage). The booking deposit is not refundable if you decide not to stay after booking. Please contact us for the best rates.
It is up to the client to make sure that they understand exactly what the house is like before booking.
This property is the best value 4/6 bedroom villa with private pool on the island so we strongly recommend that you book early and secure with a deposit as we often get multiple requests for certain weeks.
